There is one station on Maui with 100% biodiesel, PACIFIC BIODIESEL on Hobron Street in Kahului. It is centerally locatted. Plus, you are never more than 60 miles from it. The Volkswagens get 35-40 MPG and over 400 miles on a gallon so most tourists drive a week without having to fuel up!
In Emergencies one can use regular diesel, but we highly doubt you will ever need to....
